1. Order & Payment

How can I pay for my order?

We exclusively utilize PayPal and Venmo to ensure the highest level of security and buyer protection. You can use your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or major credit cards through these gateways.

What is your order cut-off time?

Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we aim for a rapid 1-day handling time, the window for changes is very narrow. Please email support@lordofdot.com immediately if you need to modify your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return.


2. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a simple $6.99 flat-rate shipping fee for all domestic orders within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my pet gear?

  • Handling Time: 1 Business Day.

  • Transit Time: 2 – 6 Business Days.

  • Total Delivery Time: Typically 3 – 7 Business Days.

Which carriers do you use?

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your pet accessories, beds, and toys arrive safely.

How do I track my package?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal.


3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Are there any return fees?

No. Lordofdot does not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (PayPal or Venmo) within 7 business days.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us at support@lordofdot.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
