We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. No Fees Guarantee
We believe in a transparent shopping experience. Lordofdot does not charge any restocking fees or hidden administrative fees for returns. We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

The refunded amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they show signs of use, such as:
