We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

Payment Methods: We exclusively utilize PayPal and Venmo for all transactions.
Currency: All prices are listed in USD.
Shipping Costs: A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 is applied to all domestic orders.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

We strive to process orders efficiently to ensure your pet gear arrives promptly.

Handling Time: 1 Business Day.
Transit Time: 2 – 6 Business Days.
Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for all deliveries.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please refer to our specific policies for detailed information:

Returns: We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Cancellations: Requests must be made before the order enters the "Processing" stage. Because of our 1-day handling time, this window is very narrow.
